Use Case

Kegerator Tracking

Know exactly how much is left in the keg. Never run dry mid-party again. DrinkCountr tracks every pour automatically.

The Kegerator Problem

Mystery Levels

"Is the keg half full or almost empty? No idea until it sputters."

Party Disasters

Nothing kills a party like running dry with no backup.

No Usage Data

How fast are you going through kegs? When should you order the next one?

Cost Sharing

Kegs aren't cheap. Who actually drank their fair share?

Smart Keg Tracking

DrinkCountr tracks keg levels based on pours logged through the kiosk. No sensors needed - just software smarts.

1

Set Up Your Keg

Tell DrinkCountr your keg size (50L, 30L, etc.) and serving size. We'll calculate total pours available.

2

Track Every Pour

When guests log a drink via kiosk, we automatically deduct from the keg level.

3

Visual Level Display

See exactly how much is left with visual fill indicators. Dashboard shows all active kegs at a glance.

4

Low-Level Alerts

Get warnings when kegs drop below 25%. Plan your refill before disaster strikes.

Kegerator Features

Visual Level Indicators

See keg levels at a glance with colour-coded fill indicators. Green is good, yellow is warning, red is critical.

Low-Level Warnings

Dashboard alerts when any keg drops below 25%. Never be caught off guard again.

Refill Tracking

Tap a keg as empty and start a new one. History shows how long each keg lasted.

Multiple Kegs

Track multiple kegs simultaneously - IPA, lager, stout, whatever you're pouring.

How It Works

Example: 50L Keg

  • 50L keg = 50,000ml total
  • Standard pint (568ml) = ~88 pints per keg
  • Each logged pint reduces level by ~1.1%
  • After 44 pints: 50% remaining
  • After 66 pints: 25% warning triggered

You set the serving size when creating drinks. We handle the maths.

Works with Any Setup

Full-Size Kegerators
Mini Kegerators
DIY Conversions
Outdoor Kegs
Party Kegs
Cornelius Kegs

Bonus: Fair Keg Costs

A 50L keg costs £150-300. When friends chip in, how do you split it fairly? DrinkCountr tracks who drinks what, so everyone pays for their actual consumption.

The old way: Split £200 among 8 people = £25 each (unfair to light drinkers)

The DrinkCountr way: Mike had 12 pints (£27), Sarah had 4 pints (£9), etc.
